- •Proven track record across performance, people, and projects

- •Manage concepts to reflect range architecture principles
- •Deliver a seasonal VM work stream calendar
- •Collaborate with matrix functions to align VM strategy
- •Identify seasonal market trends and conduct competitor analysis
- •Drive sales growth and conversion with a commercial VM mindset
- •Present a balance of newness, outfitting, and category dominance
- •Convey affordability, value, modernity, and style
- •Accountable for all VM direction and guidelines
- •Partner with Product Head and Lead roles for merchandise presentation
- •Create and deliver consistent VM guidelines for market execution
- •Manage cross-functional teams to drive in-store seasonal journeys
- •Analyze business performance and adjust VM direction as needed
- •Manage and support the specialist team with clear goals
- •Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
- •Lead by example and promote a customer-centric focus
