- •Adjust system parameters for new commercial products
- •Translate market signals into asset behavior
- •Liaise with the external software provider
- •Translate operational requirements into technical feature requests
- •Monitor vendor performance against SLAs
- •Resolve software bugs to minimize downtime
- •Monitor real-time activity of the asset portfolio
- •Troubleshoot operational issues to mitigate revenue loss
- •Manage technical onboarding for new assets
- •Configure telemetry and validate communication protocols
- •Conduct end-to-end control tests for commercial activation
- •Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
- •Provide problem-solving support during non-standard hours
