Anforderungen

• •10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Product Management or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) roles
• •Deep understanding of software product lifecycle management principles and utility domain
• •Demonstrated success in developing and scaling SaaS-based products with AI/ML applications
• •Ability to define bold visions and translate them into actionable strategies
• •Proven track record in driving organizational and technological change
• •Relentless focus on understanding customer challenges and delivering innovative solutions
• •Strong track record of leading and developing diverse, high-performing global teams
• •Superior communication, negotiation, and partner management skills
• •Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
