- •Assume executive ownership of Hosting Operations and Managed Services
- •Manage end-to-end P&L responsibility
- •Balance reliability, regulatory compliance, and sustainable margin
- •Build and lead globally distributed expert organizations
- •Oversee Hosting Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, Migration Factory, and Compliance & Security Operations
- •Translate infrastructure capabilities into productized services
- •Establish a clear hosting portfolio with defined SLAs and availability targets
- •Implement security guardrails for enterprise healthcare customers
- •Define pricing logic for SaaS and subscription transformation
- •Support complex enterprise deals and scalable go-to-market models
- •Embed security and compliance as design principles
- •Implement Zero Trust architectures and regulatory frameworks
- •Drive operational excellence through automation and transparency
