Anforderungen
- •Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- •Completed degree is a plus, but not required
- •Solid, practical knowledge of German VAT law
- •Proficient use of standard software, especially ERP systems (preferably SAP), MS Office, and Google Workspace
- •German language skills and secure communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- •Proactive and pragmatic working style
- •Ability to maintain overview in complex compliance tasks for multiple companies simultaneously

Deine Aufgaben
- •Ensure compliance with German VAT regulations for approximately 20 group companies
- •Collaborate with the VAT manager and consultants to prepare and submit VAT returns, summary reports, and Intrastat reports accurately and on time
- •Advise accounting departments on the correct tax treatment of national and cross-border transactions
- •Proactively identify potential risks and develop solutions to mitigate them
- •Drive continuous improvement by uncovering inefficiencies and implementing future-proof solutions
- •Participate actively in automation and AI initiatives to enhance process efficiency and data quality
- •Support during tax audits and legal proceedings
