Anforderungen

  • •Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • •At least 3 years' experience in test system design and lab management for embedded systems
  • •Practical experience in software and system testing for embedded systems
  • •Hands-on expertise with HIL systems and automated test environments
  • •Strong Python skills for test automation; familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN)
  • •Experience in safety-critical testing (e.g., automotive, aerospace, machinery) is highly desirable
  • •ISTQB certification is an advantage
  • •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a quality-first mindset and attention to detail
  • •Reliability and teamwork skills with an independent working style
  • •Strong communication skills in English; German proficiency is a plus

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Lead the design and management of test infrastructure for off-highway products
  • •Define test concepts, processes, and tools for implementation and automation
  • •Ensure compliance with relevant standards
  • •Design and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test systems
  • •Implement health checks, calibration, and preventive maintenance for test infrastructure
  • •Coordinate the build-up and continuous improvement of new test systems
  • •Develop and maintain test frameworks, such as pytest
  • •Drive automation enhancements in testing processes
  • •Act as the interface between Test and Development teams
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentoring for test engineers
  • •Review test cases and enforce best practices for reusability and quality
  • •Support debugging activities and serve as the primary contact for testers
  • •Drive continuous improvement in test methodologies and CI/CD integration
