- •Lead a small Agile team in migrating legacy Java applications to cloud-based architecture on MongoDB
- •Collaborate with the Technical Lead to guide the team towards successful project outcomes
- •Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to manage concerns and resolutions
- •Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team
- •Identify and remove project impediments proactively
- •Manage project risks and issues effectively
- •Define and refine the project team's 'Way of Working'
- •Streamline communication between the project team and stakeholders
- •Manage expectations of project stakeholders, including organizational leaders
- •Act as a liaison between the customer, project team, and MongoDB departments
- •Create plans and priorities for project delivery and customer resources
- •Establish and lead recurring project status meetings with stakeholders
- •Report project status concisely to both internal teams and customers
- •Document project progress according to best practices
- •Manage escalations and critical situations as they arise
- •Assist in scoping solutions and defining project scope
- •Adopt a consultative approach that builds trust and confidence
- •Explore genAI possibilities to enhance project delivery
