Instill modern engineering principles and foster a mindset of ownership and continuous learning. * **Collaborate Across Functions:** Partner closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and Architecture to ensure alignment, transparency, and shared ownership of deliverables. * **Advance Technical Excellence:** Define and contribute to the technical vision. Promote best practices in agile software development, automation, and quality assurance. * **Optimize Processes:** Identify and remove roadblocks—organizational and technical. Define KPIs and metrics to monitor and improve team performance and delivery efficiency. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping how we build and deliver software. The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 2,807.00 gross per month on a full-time basis.
