Anforderungen
- •Extensive hands-on experience in general ledger accounting
- •Proven track record of managing accounting for multiple legal entities
- •Professional experience in companies of similar size and complexity
- •Strong knowledge of HGB; IFRS experience beneficial
- •Experience preparing consolidated financial statements
- •Familiarity with intercompany processes and compliance requirements
- •Strong system affinity; experience with ERP systems and reporting tools
- •Execution-driven mindset, strong sense of ownership, attention to detail
- •Excellent German and good English communication skills

- •Oversee the general ledger for multiple legal entities
- •Ensure timely posting of all GL transactions
- •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- •Manage the chart of accounts and accounting policies
- •Handle intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
- •Optimize GL workflows for accuracy and speed
- •Serve as the key contact for auditors and tax advisors
- •Support the VP Finance in developing the compliance framework
- •Conduct financial analyses and monthly bank reporting
- •Lead and develop the accounting team
