Anforderungen
- •University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or fully qualified lawyer and/or (German) tax adviser
- •4-7 years of relevant professional experience in a tax advisory firm, tax department, or tax authorities
- •Outstanding proficiency in English and German
- •Strong knowledge of German national and international tax law, particularly in real estate matters
- •Exceptional finance modeling and analytical skills
- •Solution-oriented approach to complex tasks and processes
- •Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Deine Aufgaben
- •Deliver advanced tax support for real estate transactions
- •Evaluate external tax advisers' findings from due diligence
- •Ensure tax-efficient structuring and protect investors' reputational risks
- •Assert legal positions during contract negotiations with external assistance
- •Provide pragmatic recommendations in case of disagreements
- •Demonstrate understanding of post-tax IRR modeling
- •Facilitate tax handover to Accounting and investors' tax advisers
- •Support existing portfolio during the holding phase
- •Ensure compliance with required tax documentation for investment companies
- •Identify potential tax risks and coordinate mitigation measures
- •Monitor tax developments and initiate restructuring measures
- •Align restructuring efforts with stakeholders, including investors and Group Centers
