Anforderungen
- •Degree in applicable field with focus on HR or comparable qualification
- •At least three years of professional experience in consulting environment with focus on project-based work ideally Talent Acquisition, Human Resources
- •Solid experience in end-to-end recruiting and collaboration with stakeholders across different seniority levels
- •Track record in delivering projects in talent analytics, employer branding, tool implementation or development of holistic sourcing strategies
- •Strong data-driven working style and experience in creating reports and analyses
