# Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Sales function - Global scope
Location: Remote (UK or Spain) or Berlin (Hybrid)
The Role:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at CoachHub, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for key parts of our sales organisation but not limited to other departments, with a particular focus on hiring Account Executives and other key commercial roles. You will act as a strategic partner to sales leadership and hiring managers, ensuring we attract, engage, and secure top sales talent at pace.
This position also offers a unique opportunity to directly influence and improve our recruitment processes and tooling. You will play a hands-on role in the selection, implementation, and optimisation of new solutions (such as ATS and AI-powered tools) that enhance both efficiency and candidate experience and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles, especially Account Executives and related commercial functions, from initial briefing and sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
* Build strong, consultative partnerships with sales leaders and stakeholders - understanding hiring needs, managing expectations, and co-developing agile, tailored recruitment strategies.
* Operate with a strong bias for action - ensuring roles are filled quickly, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and keeping processes moving forward at pace.
* Take an active, hands-on role in identifying, evaluating, and implementing new recruitment tools (such as ATS and AI solutions), directly shaping our recruitment technology stack and process improvements.
* Source, attract, and assess high-calibre sales candidates across a variety of channels, ensuring strong alignment with CoachHub’s culture and values.
* Manage the candidate journey end-to-end, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience at every stage.
* Communicate clearly, responsively, and credibly with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders—setting clear expectations and keeping everyone informed.
* Champion process improvement and the adoption of innovative approaches to continuously enhance quality, speed, and candidate experience.
* Provide data-driven insights and regular updates to sales and people leaders, supporting informed decision-making.
* Play an active role in employer branding and talent attraction for sales roles, bringing creative ideas and representing CoachHub at industry events and in the market.
* Stay current with industry trends in sales talent acquisition and recommend new approaches to keep CoachHub competitive.

* Significant experience as a high-performing recruiter, with a strong focus on end-to-end hiring for sales positions (e.g., Account Executives, Business Development) ideally within SaaS environments.
* Proven ability to partner with and manage demanding sales leaders and stakeholders in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
* Strong bias for action: you consistently deliver results quickly, driving processes forward without compromising on quality.
* Direct interest or hands-on experience in process improvement and recruitment tooling (e.g., ATS, AI tools), with a desire to shape and optimise the hiring function.
* Excellent candidate management skills, with a commitment to providing a best-in-class, end-to-end candidate journey.
* Outstanding communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities; clear, responsive, and transparent in all interactions.
* Analytical mindset and experience using recruitment metrics to guide decisions and continuous improvement.
* Ability to balance multiple priorities, adapt rapidly to change, and thrive in a high-pressure, high-expectation environment.
* Experience with employer branding and creative sales talent attraction is highly desirable.
* Strong working knowledge of ATS and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
