Anforderungen
- •Experience in talent sourcing from in-house, agency, or RPO models
- •Experience in recruiting across various business functions
- •Innovative and outside-the-box thinking
- •Ability to pivot and adapt to achieve best outcomes
- •Proven track record of building candidate pipelines
- •Curious mindset and interest in research
- •Comfort in a start-up environment with a diverse team
- •Desire to be part of a diverse and international start-up
- •Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
- •Tools affinity and maintaining accurate ATS data
- •Fluency in English, both verbal and written

- •Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles
- •Conduct initial outreach and pre-qualification of candidates
- •Leverage market research and talent mapping for recruitment strategies
- •Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- •Support employer branding initiatives through online engagement
- •Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve sourcing tools and processes
