Anforderungen
- •Experience in talent sourcing from in-house, agency, or RPO models
- •Experience recruiting across Product or Business roles
- •Innovative and outside-the-box thinking
- •Ability to pivot and adapt ways of working
- •Proven track record of building candidate pipelines
- •Curious mindset and interest in research
- •Comfort in a start-up environment with a diverse team
- •Desire to be part of a diverse international start-up
- •Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
- •Tools affinity and maintaining ATS data accuracy
- •Fluency in English, both verbal and written

- •Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- •Identify ideal candidate profiles based on job requirements
- •Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract talent
- •Utilize various channels for talent sourcing, including LinkedIn and social media
- •Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles
- •Conduct initial outreach to assess candidate fit and interest
- •Leverage market research and competitive intelligence for recruitment strategies
- •Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- •Support employer branding initiatives through online engagement
- •Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve sourcing tools and processes
