**What this role looks like.**
* Developing and implementing concepts and long-term IT strategies while considering current market conditions and competitor analyses
* Supporting in the management of transformation programmes and further development of structures and processes within our CIO Office
* Engaging in cross-functional collaboration with departments across ADX as part of strategic projects
* Answering strategic and operational questions and acting as an interface between the CIO and other national/international departments
* Supporting the CIO in strategic decision-making by providing relevant analyses, recommendations and presentations
* Arranging and coordinating international senior management committees
