Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- •Master's degree is a plus
- •12+ years of experience in product engineering
- •Strong background in analog circuits
- •Familiarity with ATE tester platforms
- •Deep knowledge of analog and mixed-signal circuitry
- •Knowledge of device physics and test methodology
- •Knowledge of Design for Testability (DFT)
- •Experience with standard lab equipment
- •Knowledge of JEDEC/AEC qualification standards
- •Proficiency in statistical analysis tools
- •Some familiarity with semiconductor failure analysis
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Collaborative team player in dynamic environment

- •Create and execute test plans for compliance.
- •Define and run qualification plans for quality standards.
- •Perform reliability tests to ensure product quality.
- •Collaborate with teams to debug products and resolve failures.
- •Conduct characterization tests to set production limits.
- •Manage the product's Bill of Materials (BOM).
- •Monitor production data and analyze for quality improvement.
- •Lead product release into manufacturing for customer requirements.
- •Optimize production limits and maintain quality standards.
- •Provide real-time technical support for customer issues.
- •Manage excursions and escalations with suppliers and customers.
- •Use yield management tools to monitor and improve yield.
- •Generate weekly reports for the product engineering team.
- •Track and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
