Anforderungen
- •7+ years of experience with SAP Incentive Management (IM) or Agent Performance Management (APM)
- •Strong knowledge of SAP SPM components
- •Proven experience integrating SAP SPM with SAP modules and third-party systems
- •Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- •Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
- •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience
- •SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Commissions
- •Experience with SAP BTP and advanced reporting tools
- •Familiarity with other SPM modules
- •Knowledge of other compensation or SPM platforms

Deine Aufgaben
- •Design and configure complex incentive compensation plans using SAP SPM IM or APM
- •Troubleshoot and optimize remuneration elements, rules, workflows, and reporting structures
- •Integrate SAP SPM with SAP and external systems using APIs and middleware
- •Manage data modeling, quality, and complex data loads within the SPM environment
- •Lead full-cycle SAP SPM implementations from discovery to post-go-live support
- •Advise clients on best practices and translate business needs into technical solutions
- •Support pre-sales activities, including solution design and effort estimation
- •Mentor junior consultants and conduct peer reviews of configurations and documentation
- •Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring delivery quality
- •Conduct system health checks and recommend improvements for existing SPM solutions
