Anforderungen

•7+ years of experience with SAP Incentive Management (IM) or Agent Performance Management (APM)
•Strong knowledge of SAP SPM components
•Proven experience integrating SAP SPM with SAP modules and third-party systems
•Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
•Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience
•SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Commissions
•Experience with SAP BTP and advanced reporting tools
•Familiarity with other SPM modules
•Knowledge of other compensation or SPM platforms

Deine Aufgaben

•Design and configure complex incentive compensation plans using SAP SPM IM or APM
•Troubleshoot and optimize remuneration elements, rules, workflows, and reporting structures
•Integrate SAP SPM with SAP and external systems using APIs and middleware
•Manage data modeling, quality, and complex data loads within the SPM environment
•Lead full-cycle SAP SPM implementations from discovery to post-go-live support
•Advise clients on best practices and translate business needs into technical solutions
•Support pre-sales activities, including solution design and effort estimation
•Mentor junior consultants and conduct peer reviews of configurations and documentation
•Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring delivery quality
•Conduct system health checks and recommend improvements for existing SPM solutions
