- •Strong communication skills

- •Support tax calculations and accounting for US GAAP reporting
- •Assist with Swiss statutory reporting and tax purposes
- •Prepare and file Swiss tax declarations
- •Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and yearly corporate income tax closing
- •Ensure accurate and timely booking of corporate income tax entries
- •Manage timely payment of corporate income tax assessments
- •Maintain tax balances on the general ledger
- •Review, file, and reconcile VAT returns prepared by the international COI
- •Ensure accurate and timely filing and payments of VAT returns
- •Book associated tax entries for VAT
- •Support tax filing processes for all Swiss entities
- •Assist with indirect tax positions of all Swiss companies
- •Ensure accurate, timely calculation and filing of indirect taxes
- •Initiate payments and book associated entries for indirect tax returns
