**SENIOR SPECIALIST (M/F/D) GLOBAL PEOPLE ANALYTICS**
Location Lippstadt, Germany
**YOUR TASKS**
In the Business Group Lighting, you are responsible as Senior Specialist Global People Analytics for leading global HR People Analytics initiatives within the Business Group Lighting. Your responsibilities include the preparation and communication of monthly results and performance reviews for the global management team.
* Develop and maintain advanced HR dashboards and reports to provide insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, and turnover rates
* Support the creation of budgets, monitor real-time performance, and propose annual HR targets based on global objectives, including relevant HR KPIs
* Lead and drive specific HR projects at all organizational levels to enhance the people analytics function in multinational environments
* Calculate financial scenarios for footprint adjustments across all countries and develop as well as monitor the execution of these plans
* Track the implementation status of the group's diversity strategy within Business Group Lighting and collaborate with the Global Diversity Responsible to create reports highlighting key trends and challenges
* Act as a sparring partner for regional and country HR People Analytics teams
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
* A successfully completed university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field
* Several years of professional experience in human resources, preferably within a global or multinational matrix organization in the area of People Analytics / HR Controlling
* Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably SAP and Data Warehouse, and experience in project management as well as data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data sets and translate findings into actionable insights
* Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
* Fluency in English and German
