Senior Specialist Customer Experience(m/w/x)

## Your Tasks * Leading international customer research projects (from project ideation to study design and international roll-out) * Close collaboration with international internal stakeholders (e.g. country CX teams, data privacy/legal team, HR team, Marketing team, etc.) * Managing external partners (e.g. market research agencies, tech providers, etc. ), Customer data analysis, insight generation, definition of action items * Support the idea generation and implementation of an improved customer feedback management at MediaMarktSaturn * Support country CX teams with the set-up of new surveys or new customer feedback collection methods ## Your Profile * Ideally a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on marketing, communications or market/consumer research * Ideally practical experience in the field of Customer Experience/Insights, Market Research, Marketing Project management skills, ideally in international projects with numerous stakeholders * Very good analytical skills / affinity for numbers * Proactive approach to work * Team player (m/f/d) * Confident handling of MS Office applications * Fluent in English ## Additional Benefits ## Job Infos ​Location: München, Ingolstadt MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group Department: HQ - Others Entrylevel: Professional Level Type of Employement: Full Time Working Hours: 37,5 Persona: Job Requisition HQ Employee Recruiter: Lea Theresa Ellerich
