Anforderungen

•Completed degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, computer engineering, information technology, mechatronics, or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
•Experience in e-bike drive systems and related interfaces (CAN bus)
•Experience with HMI, remote controls, and displays, including relevant interfaces (BLE)
•Solid practical knowledge of programming languages Python and C/C++
•Experience in embedded software development (real-time systems)
•Familiarity with configuration, version control, documentation, and testing tools (e.g., GIT, DOXYGEN)
•Experience in software design according to the V-model standard
•Basic knowledge of electric drives and actuators, interfaces, and protocols
•Independent working style, reliability in meeting deadlines, and strong team skills
•Proficient in English and German, both written and spoken

Deine Aufgaben

•Develop embedded software and tools for e-bike drive systems
•Design concepts, architectures, and specifications using CAN bus and Bluetooth Low Energy
•Integrate HMI, remote controls, and displays
•Coordinate interfaces with system components, especially Battery Management Systems
•Support the development of ride control and drive regulation systems
•Create test specifications, conduct reviews, and manage approvals in the software development process
•Develop software test strategies and implement automated software tests
•Conduct unit, integration, and system testing
•Document and version control software, including code reviews
•Work independently within project teams and analyze work packages in collaboration with hardware and frontend developers
•Express potential interest in a future lead role
