Anforderungen
- •3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, or similar
- •Deep understanding of Windows application architecture
- •Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping production-quality desktop applications
- •Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows
- •Excellent software engineering fundamentals
- •Experience leading technical design and mentoring engineers
- •Strong communication skills
- •User-centric mindset
- •Experience with writing automated tests for UI
- •Experience with performance optimization for desktop apps
- •Experience with localization/globalization and accessibility
- •Familiarity with telemetry, analytics, and error monitoring
- •Previous experience in shaping CI/CD workflows
- •Demonstrated ability to take ownership of feature areas
