•3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, or similar
•Deep understanding of Windows application architecture
•Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping production-quality desktop applications
•Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows
•Excellent software engineering fundamentals
•Experience leading technical design and mentoring engineers
•Strong communication skills
•User-centric mindset
•Experience with writing automated tests for UI
•Experience with performance optimization for desktop apps
•Experience with localization/globalization and accessibility
•Familiarity with telemetry, analytics, and error monitoring
•Previous experience in shaping CI/CD workflows
•Demonstrated ability to take ownership of feature areas
