Senior Software Engineer - Search(m/w/x)

In this role, you will enhance the core search experience by developing innovative features and scalable backend solutions. You will also mentor your team while driving technical advancements in search and AI, ensuring a reliable and high-performing system.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• •Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in software development and at least 2 years working with AWS ElasticSearch/OpenSearch
• •Proficiency in Java and Kotlin with hands-on experience
• •Prior experience in creating and managing AWS resources and familiarity with Infrastructure as code
• •Business focus with ability to critically question product managers and UX designers
• •Deep passion for machine learning and search systems with proven record of delivering high-quality products
• •Extensive experience in designing, building, testing, debugging, and optimizing code for large-scale distributed systems
• •Experience in React & Typescript is a plus
• •Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic, cross-functional team
• •Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor and guide junior team members
• •Strong commitment to continuous learning, curiosity, and knowledge sharing within the team
