Senior Software Engineer - Search(m/w/x)

In this role, you will enhance the AWS OpenSearch infrastructure and create innovative search features that address real user needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to architect scalable solutions and drive technical advancements in search and AI.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• •Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in software development and at least 2 years working with AWS ElasticSearch/OpenSearch
• •Proficiency in Java and Kotlin with hands-on experience in applying modern best practices
• •Prior experience in creating and managing AWS resources and familiarity with Infrastructure as code concept
• •Business focus with ability to critically question and challenge product managers and UX designers
• •Deep passion for machine learning and search systems with proven record of delivering high-quality products
• •Extensive experience in designing, building, testing, debugging, and optimizing code for large-scale distributed systems
• •Experience in React and Typescript is a plus
• •Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic, cross-functional team
• •Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor and guide junior team members
• •Strong commitment to continuous learning, curiosity, and knowledge sharing within the team
