- •4–6+ years of professional software development experience
- •Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, or deep experience in other modern backend languages
- •Hands-on experience with backend development
- •Strong experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- •Proven track record building and consuming APIs
- •Experience owning backend projects end-to-end
- •Solid experience with CI/CD tooling
- •Strong commitment to code quality and testing best practices
- •Experience mentoring others, leading technical decisions, or setting engineering standards
