Anforderungen

•Permanent work and residency permit for Germany/EU
•More than six years of experience in backend or platform development
•Solid experience in planning and architecting large-scale software systems
•Experience with production-grade, distributed systems
•Hands-on experience with LLMs, conversational AI, or agentic systems
•Proactive ownership of topics and structured problem-solving approach
•Understanding of enterprise requirements (security, audits, availability)
•Experience with productive voice systems, bots, or dialog platforms
•Experience with productive LLM frameworks and agentic patterns

•Collaborate with product management to define work packages

•Build and integrate LLM-based components like decision logic and assistant systems

•Work closely with Product, Data Science, and customer-facing teams
•Ensure compliance and traceability for AI-driven functionalities
