Anforderungen
- •Experience with PLCs and/or other OT systems
- •Experience as a software/automation engineer with PLC or other OT technologies
- •Willingness to adopt modern software engineering approaches
- •Experience operating and supporting large-scale software/OT systems
- •Experience in companies with strong operational cultures
- •Proficiency with various technologies
- •PLC programming (TIA19 is a plus)
- •Robot programming (KRL is a plus)
- •OPC-UA
- •MQTT is a plus
- •Python / C++ / C# is a plus
- •Familiarity with monitoring and alerting practices
- •Experience defining and working with SLAs/SLOs
- •Willingness to travel to manufacturing site in Richen and for team events

- •Understand and explain the existing PLC/OT code base
- •Collaborate with the team to evolve the architecture into a Software Defined Manufacturing setup

- •Act as a bridge between digital product delivery and physical logistics
- •Define, monitor, and evolve SLAs/SLOs and other critical KPIs
