# Senior Software Accessibility Specialist (f/m/d) **What you`ll do** We are looking for a new team member who will support our work for the Product Standard Accessibility. The Product Standard Accessibility is our central policy for developing accessible SAP software. The policy must continuously be updated with global procurement laws and international accessibility standards. The test processes must be kept in line with external understanding, guidance, tools and legal deliverables. We need to stay up to date with accessibility test automation and stretch the boundaries for design and development guidance and support. You will work in an international team and SAP's global design and development community. A mindset of team spirit, continuous learning and accountability builds your personal strength. We are looking for a self-driven person, with a high attention to details, who leads initiatives that create improvements at scale. **What you bring** * Deep understanding of accessibility procurement laws globally * Deep understanding of W3C WAI Accessibility HTML standards including ARIA * Knowledge of SAP's product portfolio * Good knowledge of SAP Product Standards and SAP Product Standard Accessibility specifically * Proven record in managing projects into successful outcomes * Multiple years of work experience in various roles, such as consulting, development or project management * Ability to adapt quickly to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change * Excellent communication and presentation skills & experience on all levels (incl.
