Anforderungen
- •Deep understanding of accessibility procurement laws globally
- •Deep understanding of W3C WAI Accessibility HTML standards including ARIA
- •Knowledge of SAP's product portfolio
- •Good knowledge of SAP Product Standards and SAP Product Standard Accessibility
- •Proven record in managing projects into successful outcomes
- •Multiple years of work experience in consulting, development, or project management
- •Ability to adapt quickly to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels

- •Support the Product Standard Accessibility policy
- •Update the policy with global procurement laws and international accessibility standards
- •Align test processes with external guidance and legal requirements

- •Collaborate with an international team and SAP's global design community
- •Lead initiatives for large-scale improvements
- •Serve as the first point of contact for product accessibility
- •Own SAP's Software Accessibility Policy
- •Support product teams and contribute to external expert groups
