Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's or higher degree in systems engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science, or relevant field
- •10+ years' experience in system architecture, focus on military flight training devices preferred
- •Demonstrated experience across entire system engineering lifecycle for complex systems
- •Strong proficiency with requirement management and system modelling tools
- •Expertise in simulation- and military avionic standards and frameworks
- •Strong foundation in software architecture frameworks and principles
- •Familiarity with modern software development methodologies
- •Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers
- •Pragmatism and passion for simulation
- •Eligibility for security clearance by recognized authorities
- •Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

- •Architect a full-spectrum solution for high-fidelity training systems
- •Develop flight dynamics and avionic models
- •Design cockpits and visual systems
- •Create control stations and synthetic environments
- •Collaborate with system engineers and lead architects
- •Work with cross-functional engineering teams and military stakeholders
- •Gather system needs and define architecture
- •Derive subsystem requirements and acceptance criteria
- •Define and architect the software foundation for simulators
- •Prepare and conduct design reviews with customers
