Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline
- •Equivalent professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment
- •Minimum 5 years of experience in a GMP laboratory environment within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry
- •Experience with QC laboratory materials management, laboratory systems, or support services
- •Proficiency in technical English; German preferred
- •Strong focus on quality, compliance, and data integrity
- •High attention to detail with a structured and risk-based working approach
- •Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions
- •Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
- •Interest in digitalization and optimization of laboratory systems and processes
- •Willingness to continuously develop technical, regulatory, and operational expertise
- •Some degree of PPE required for working with hazardous/toxic materials

Deine Aufgaben
- •Ensure compliance of QC processes and materials with GMP standards
- •Manage lifecycle of QC laboratory materials from introduction to obsolescence
- •Oversee purchasing and inventory management of laboratory materials
- •Lead implementation of new processes for reference standards
- •Coordinate lab material implementation for new customer projects
- •Ensure compliant operation of Facility Monitoring Systems
- •Oversee waste management processes within QC
- •Support Manufacturing Material Qualification and Release activities
- •Act as Subject Matter Expert during deviations and OOS investigations
- •Facilitate troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities
