Anforderungen
- •PhD in molecular parasitology
- •Several years of postdoctoral experience in malaria research
- •Strong expertise in next generation sequencing (NGS) platforms, such as PacBio
- •Very good command in malaria bioinformatics (R/Python/bash)
- •Experience of working in malaria endemic settings, especially Sub-Saharan Africa
- •Malaria parasite culture and FACS
- •Insectary management and Anopheles mosquitoes rearing
- •Familiarity with gene editing techniques, i.e. CRISPR-Cas9
