Anforderungen
- •5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
- •Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration
- •Strong understanding of data architecture
- •Experience with access control frameworks
- •Familiarity with GDPR and compliance frameworks
- •Comfortable operating in agile environments
- •Confident in reviewing solution designs
- •Comfortable with technical concepts such as APEX, Java, or integration patterns
- •Experience with Talkdesk CTI, middleware solutions, or CI/CD pipelines using GitHub

- •Own and evolve the Salesforce platform for stability and scalability
- •Define and enforce governance standards for configuration and automation
- •Establish platform guidelines for documentation and change control
- •Ensure oversight of platform performance and data model consistency
- •Lead the design and improvement of the Salesforce access model
- •Strengthen audit readiness by maintaining system documentation and access logs
- •Support GDPR adherence through data minimization and protection practices
- •Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams on risk mitigation
- •Ensure alignment with enterprise data security and compliance policies
- •Monitor and optimize platform health and system performance
- •Manage platform operations and high-priority issue resolution
- •Evaluate and refine internal controls for change management
- •Maintain high-quality system documentation and operational runbooks
- •Serve as a senior technical contact for platform governance
- •Review proposed solutions for compliance with governance standards
- •Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and skill development
- •Provide training and guidance on governance and operational processes
