Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Proficient in English reading, writing, and listening
  • Proficiency in German preferred
  • At least 2 years of overseas business experience in new energy industry
  • Familiarity with energy storage products, PV modules/inverters, lithium batteries, and system integration
  • Successful experience in developing German market business
  • Familiarity with local new energy market characteristics
  • Strong capabilities in market analysis, demand judgment, and risk avoidance
  • Mature working methods and strong pressure resistance
  • Good professional ethics and meticulous work attitude
  • Outstanding learning ability

Deine Aufgaben

  • Explore the needs of energy storage customers in the German market
  • Identify core pain points in project planning and formulate targeted solutions
  • Promote the conversion of customer needs into actual orders
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular follow-up visits
  • Expand local brand agents in Germany and establish a hierarchical channel system
  • Formulate agent assessment standards and incentive policies
  • Conduct regular product training and business reviews for agents
  • Develop local OEM customers and negotiate customized cooperation models
  • Conduct research on the German energy storage market, including policies and competitor dynamics
  • Create structured market analysis reports for product optimization
  • Collaborate with technical and supply chain teams to customize energy storage solutions
  • Track project execution processes and solve cross-departmental collaboration issues
  • Lead business negotiations with German customers on various terms
  • Establish long-term customer relationships through offline visits and industry exhibitions
  • Assist in resolving major after-sales issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Complete additional sales tasks related to the German market as assigned
