Anforderungen

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in selling digital marketing solutions, sports marketing business development, or marketing agencies
  • Broad international network to marketing decision makers from the Sports, Casino, and agency industry
  • Proven track record of sales and building strategic partnerships
  • Strong background in sales and digital marketing ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success establishing new business and digital media business models
  • Ability to translate complex ad-tech solutions into clear marketing and business value propositions
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong consultative selling skills with CMOs and agency leadership teams
  • Understanding of ad-facing business models
  • Understanding of the Gaming, Sports adjacent brand and agency eco-system
  • Thought leadership within the sports and marketing ecosystem

  • Identify and close opportunities with sports brands in DACH
  • Position Sportradar’s marketing solutions as growth drivers
  • Lead consultative conversations with CMOs and agency leaders
  • Demonstrate how Sportradar can solve business challenges
  • Own the sales process for significant recurring investments
  • Manage the sales cycle from discovery to contracting
  • Build a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue
  • Ensure long-term business growth through recurring partnerships
  • Support product teams to optimize offerings from a sales perspective
  • Define and optimize business and pricing models for key clients
  • Collaborate with the global sales team to enhance ad-tech capabilities
  • Engage with the sports advertising ecosystem and establish key relationships
  • Represent the division at external events and meetings
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required
