We are currently looking for a **Senior Sales Engineer for our Water Utilities division** in the DACH-Region!
**What is the job about?**
As the sales representative for the North East, you are responsible for all Water Utility customers in this district. Your overall responsibility is to achieve sales and profit in your dedicated area. You will try to increase market share and growth in all customer categories and maintain and further develop your area with customers and stakeholders. Customers include; groundwater intake, irrigation, clean water, and wastewater networks. We have a solid customer portfolio made up of partners, service partners, municipalities, and wholesalers.

**Senior Sales Engineer, Water Utility - DACH (m/w/d)**
**Your main responsibilities include**
* Own acquisition and maintenance of all WU customers in dedicated regions for long-lasting and sustainable relationships.
* Annual planning for that region related to the entire sales cycle.
* New customer onboarding.
* Planned and structured support for customers in all questions of application, usage of products, and responding to requests for interest and quotations.
* Handover of complex projects to project sales or back office.
* Negotiations with customers for price-list (discount scenario) and projects (net-price scenario) incl. bonuses and additional agreements in line with internal framework policies.
* Maintenance and coordination of customer network and all stakeholders
* Creating demand for products and services
* Annual price negotiations with customers
* Participation and contribution to the strategic evaluation of WU business
* Deliver training and workshops for customers, participate or even organize fairs and similar events
* Permanent competence evaluation by training, workshops, etc.
**What do you need to apply?**
We expect that you are an experienced salesperson within the engineering industry. You are open-minded, with an analytical way of thinking. You are a great communicator who is self-motivated, keen to work individually but also willing to work collectively as part of a larger team.
