## Job Description
**What you can expect in this role:**
* Be in the driver seat of the sales funnel: complete test drives, create offers, achieve order and sales goals, and deliver the vehicle
* Be the main contact for your customer and maintain long-lasting relationships: Excite and advise customers on all aspects of the Cadillac ownership helping the customer select the right product configuration and purchase option
* Master your customer database by contacting prospective buyers, doing comprehensive needs analysis and updating the CRM system
* Develop a deep understanding of product features, sales, and service processes and use insights to refine the business
* Be the product ambassadors and EV evangelists that represents Cadillacs values and vision by supporting local events and activate the local networks to generate leads and grow business
* Mentor, onboard and coordinate junior levels, interns and external promoter staff
