• •NVQ/HNC in Engineering
• •Level 3 Management qualification
• •Relevant engineering experience managing large-scale automation projects
• •Proven project management skills
• •Ability to present data accurately and succinctly
• •Proficiency in MS Office applications
• •Strong knowledge of SOPs and engineering standards
• •Excellent communication skills engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• •Ability to drive a culture of high performance, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
• •Exceptional time management skills
• •Strong leadership skills managing teams of engineers and technicians

• •Willingness to travel as required
• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• •Experience with Dematic automation systems
• •Proficiency with G-Suite software
• •Strong knowledge of food production processes, equipment, and regulatory requirements
