- •3–5+ years hands-on HubSpot CRM experience at admin or power-user level
- •Strong track record in automation and workflow design
- •Experience designing CRM setups for international markets
- •Solid understanding of data governance
- •Proven experience with cross-tool integrations
- •Structured, system-architecture thinking
- •Ability to align with and enable multiple Ops roles
- •Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- •HubSpot certifications in relevant areas
- •Experience with AI automation and prompt design
- •Experience with PLG / product-signal integrations
- •Basic SQL skills or similar technical debugging capabilities
- •Background in scaling multi-market SaaS businesses

- •Administer the HubSpot CRM system for all GTM teams
- •Build and maintain a scalable CRM architecture for multi-country GTM processes
- •Design and maintain international-ready CRM structures, including properties and data models

- •Create and manage workflows that reduce manual work across revenue teams
- •Ensure data governance for all GTM objects, including naming conventions and deduplication rules
