- •Drive execution of bilateral and on-chain borrowing activities
- •Structure fixed and floating rate loans
- •Optimize collateral efficiency through rigorous scoring
- •Manage institutional lending relationships
- •Execute and manage borrowing and lending transactions
- •Negotiate bilateral term sheets with institutional counterparties
- •Manage liquidity across DeFi money markets
- •Monitor the spread between fixed-term loans and floating-rate protocols
- •Identify optimal funding strategies based on market volatility
- •Develop and maintain a proprietary collateral scoring framework
- •Determine appropriate haircuts for various asset classes
- •Collaborate with Legal and Risk on ISDA/GMRA frameworks
- •Discuss rehypothecation rights and delivery-versus-payment
- •Use Python to build tools for monitoring real-time Health Factors and LTVs
- •Automate interest rate tracking across fragmented venues
- •Build dashboards to score counterparty risk and collateral quality
- •Act as primary contact for institutional lenders and liquidity providers
- •Maintain transparent reporting on collateral positions
