- •BSc/MSc degree in a scientific discipline, preferably Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Polymer Science
- •At least 5 years of experience in Food and/or Food Contact Regulatory Affairs
- •Experience in preparing and authoring submissions for Novel Foods, New Enzymes, Food Additives, and/or Dietary Supplements
- •Proven experience communicating with global Competent Authorities
- •Strong understanding of analytical chemistry and/or polymer chemistry
- •Excellent project management skills

- •Oversee registration and authorization for novel foods and dietary supplements
- •Apply knowledge of global regulatory requirements and processes
- •Conduct global regulatory compliance assessments
- •Interpret food regulations and assess product formulas
- •Develop regulatory strategies for compliance
- •Communicate with authorities regarding regulatory submissions
- •Manage projects from dossier creation to authority interactions
- •Ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards
- •Author compliance reports and certification letters
- •Review peer-authored reports and provide feedback
- •Participate in initial client calls for regulatory support
- •Serve as a subject matter expert in FFCM regulations
- •Liaise with internal toxicologists for compliance projects
- •Collaborate with external laboratories on compliance projects
- •Conduct dietary exposure calculations
- •Deliver projects within agreed timelines
- •Stay updated on evolving food regulations through seminars
- •Participate in client meetings to understand their needs
- •Provide technical input for client proposals
