- •Generate targeted lists of passive candidates using subscriptions and technologies

- •Prepare candidates for interviews with logistical information and expectations
- •Ensure timely updates for candidates regarding their application status

- •Conduct professional phone interviews with industry-specific questions
- •Navigate difficult conversations to gather necessary information
- •Compare interview notes and skills assessments with requisition specifications
- •Consider candidate fit for team and cultural alignment
- •Issue skills testing and evaluate results as needed
- •Review background and reference information when required
- •Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process
- •Continuously build a talent pipeline with multiple candidates
- •Update hiring managers on market changes affecting the hiring process
- •Articulate job offers and drive for candidate acceptance
- •Partner with hiring managers to ensure offer acceptance
- •Adhere to all compliance regulations and standards
- •Demonstrate expertise in the segment, practice, and industry
- •Deliver a strong candidate slate for each requisition
- •Provide accurate and regular reports on recruiting activities
- •Identify challenges in searches and collaborate on solutions
- •Communicate search status proactively and regularly to hiring managers
- •Perform other duties as assigned
