- •Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field
- •Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency setting
- •Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools
- •Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition
- •Fluency in German
