Anforderungen

•Completed degree or training with a focus on HR, psychology, or business
•Several years of experience in international recruiting, ideally in the FMCG or scale-up environment
•Proven success in full-cycle recruiting and talent pipeline management
•Experience with recruiting systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, active sourcing, and analytics
•KPI-oriented, quality-focused thinking
•Strong communication skills in English and German
•Empathy, intercultural competence, and strategic thinking

•Establish and manage international recruiting in EU and non-European markets
•Develop a global talent acquisition strategy in collaboration with the Head of Recruiting
•Implement KPI-based performance recruiting focused on hire quality
•Collaborate closely with management, HR, and departments for targeted team building
•Co-design international employer branding initiatives
•Conduct end-to-end recruiting from needs assessment to onboarding
•Utilize international networks, job platforms, and partner agencies
•Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions
•Ensure an excellent candidate experience worldwide
•Support the development of standardized processes and tools
