Keep reading! ## Your Tasks: * Maintain within budget of limited project resources by focusing on timely decision making and prioritization and perform cost optimized change management. * Oversee project lifecycle appropriate to the scope, context, magnitude, and complexity of project by planning the completion of work products and software releases for the entire project. * Define, monitor, and adjust project activities and their dependencies according to the defined project life cycle and estimations and adjust activities and their dependencies as required. * Track the progress based on given customer and internal milestones within time, scope, budget, and quality constraints. * Evaluate feasibility of projects for achieving goals, ensure thorough documentation of all project activities and escalate adequately if required. * Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders by moderating all required alignments, status, and decision-making meetings and presenting project status and progress in the appropriate level of detail and quality to the respective audience. Nurture high team spirit and satisfaction within your project team to ensure quick resolution of all issues and removal of obstacles. Ensure regular alignment with respective line management. * Ensure teams have all required skills, knowledge, and experience for the projects in line with the estimates. * Represent TTTech Auto for the project in front of the customers and stakeholders and cultivate excellent customer intimacy and relationship. * Define risk management strategies, and apply risk management practices to monitor, analyze and mitigate project risks, by defining and implementing risk treatment actions and if necessary, corrective actions to reduce or avoid impact of risk. * Act as an advocate for quality standards throughout the project lifecycle and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes. ## Your Profile: * Minimum 6 years of experience in project management within the automotive industry, with strong familiarity in related processes, procedures, and tools * In-depth knowledge of automotive standards and technologies such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, and AUTOSAR * Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks effectively * Skilled in engaging and aligning stakeholders across diverse functions and levels * Strong organizational and coordination capabilities, with a track record of managing complex projects * Demonstrated leadership, sound decision-making, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams * Effective in resolving conflicts constructively and building strong professional networks ## Our Offer: * Exciting work environment – be part of future high-tech innovations and cutting-edge technologies. * We are a team – flat hierarchies, open door policy, communication at eye level and hands-on mentality. * Benefits Package – lunch tickets, job tickets (unlimited use of public transport in Vienna or partially reimbursement of costs for KlimaTicket), numerous discounts, events and much more * Trust and responsibility – turn your ideas into reality from day one and have a real impact on megatrends shaping the future. * Work-life-balance – additional days off, home office, workcation (up to 45 workdays per year Mobile Working within the EU) and individual working time models. * We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
