Anforderungen
- •Degree in Construction Management or related field
- •Minimum of 7-10 years project management experience in Data Centre or similar technical environment
- •Technical understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure – HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security and BMS
- •Professional qualification in project management, engineering or construction
- •Leadership experience
- •Thorough understanding of total project life cycle
- •Excellent knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques
- •Ability to thrive in high pressure, fast paced environment
- •Excellent command of written and spoken German and English
- •Highly motivated and driven with passion for client delivery
- •Availability for on-site work

- •Manage and lead complex projects as the key client interface
- •Develop working relationships and solve problems to drive projects to completion
- •Manage the design process to meet client requirements and expectations

- •Prepare and present formal project progress reports
- •Coordinate a team, contractors, and designers
- •Ensure compliance with project safety and environmental requirements
- •Manage project timelines, risks, and reporting
- •Oversee project budgets and advise on options to maintain budget
- •Engage in marketing and business development initiatives
- •Coordinate vendor scope with overall project delivery
- •Draft contract documents following legal approved templates
- •Collaborate with project teams for effective document processing and management
