•Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience, or Masters’ with 10 or more years of experience, or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience, or local equivalent
•Formal project or program management education
•PgMP or PMP certification
•Automotive Industry experience
•Extensive experience in project, program, and resource management
•Experience including evaluation of projects, programs, and business cases
