- •Build credibility and trust with customers during deal phases
- •Assist sales teams with implementation planning and estimating
- •Coordinate multiple business lines and partners for bid management
- •Lead all project lifecycle phases from planning to closure
- •Collaborate with C-level stakeholders and partners on project leadership
- •Manage end-to-end services relationships and steering committees
- •Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high satisfaction
- •Develop solid project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- •Proactively handle project risks, issues, and objections
- •Select and develop team members based on project goals
- •Create long-term value roadmaps to achieve business objectives
- •Align project tactics with corporate strategy and communicate goals
