•Manage complex IT and communication system projects.

•Oversee mission system services and lifecycle management.

•Develop project planning schedules for successful completion.

•Create Work Breakdown Structures and project schedules.

•Manage projects per the EMITS 2 Program Management Plan.

•Coordinate with the MP Lead to assign qualified personnel.

•Develop and manage a timely procurement strategy.

•Monitor and report on project performance and budget.

•Provide interim progress reviews to the Government.

•Assist in implementing Government policies and standards.

•Evaluate performance results and recommend changes.

•Mentor other project managers.

•Apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks.

•Function as a technical expert on multiple projects.

•Manage multi-functional project teams of 5 to 30 personnel.
